Logical Answers to Religious matters
1. Why Celebrating Birth Day is 'Not Good?
Logically: Every year you celebrate is at the end of your year in your age. You celebrate your 7th year Birth day completed the year 7 not when you start it or at the end of 6th year.
So, every year that spends in this world brings near to something which you hate THE MOST. That something is your death. So, you are indirectly showing your happiness to meet your death. Do you want to celebrate it though? if so, why do you cry when your parents (whom you love) got sick and admit in the hospital. For them the probability to die soon is much more than you. There you don't celebrate it, (calling the date of sick) but here you of course do. Is that sensible?
2. Which term is better?. "religion" or "dheen"?
Logically: religion means a set of beliefs. In short just a belief. I believe I will die, so can I call my religion is my death? No.
dheen means the way of life. This fits more since dheen guides to the way how to achieve a certain level or reject a way to get rid of a place (which we called the heaven or hell).
Islam is best since it teaches this to maximum incomparably more than ANY religion.
3. Why women cannot be lawyers according to Islam?
Logically: GENERALLY SPEAKING: a woman is defined as:
1) powerless
2) subordinate to a man
3) emotional
4) weaker in understanding power.
Here understanding means the understanding of a case to handle.
Though women are equal to men in all aspects these things will not become equal. & it is easier to frighten them. And also they will easily get sad if a culprit yells or cries (with plane or without).
4. If I am in another country, where should I follow to start fasting in the time of Ramazan?
Logically: Fasting is a....... Farl 'Ain
Prayer (Namaaz) is a....... Farl 'Ain
If we want to Fast according to our country while we reside somewhere else in the world, whether it has a huge or less time difference, we..... but can we pray alike?
If I am in USA and Malaysia, the time difference b/t them is around 12 hrs. Can we say that we can pray Zuhur at mid-night, Asr at dawn and Maqrib at mornig and Isha at noon......... so as to obey one country's way. we can't.
Fasting is same as it. If we need to bring all the countries alike, we have to first of all bring this earth in to flat and with one common moon to be able to seen to all of us. we cannot do that. But there is a place where all Muslims have to obey in one rule. That's Hajj. cox' it is being done in Ka'ba. And that is one of the Hikma behind this pilgrimage: that to obey one rule of lunar calender, we have no choice but to come into one land. Therefore we have to follow the rules where we are at that moment
